Privacy Policy
1. Data controller
Datapulsear S.A. de C.V., with address at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Floor 22, Col. Juárez, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, 06600, is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and the Privacy Notice Guidelines.
2. Personal data we collect
We collect identification and contact data (name, corporate email, company, position, city), technical navigation data (IP address, device identifiers, pages visited) and data derived from voluntary commercial communications.
3. Primary purposes
Data is used to: (i) address requests for information and demonstrations of our BI and CRM services; (ii) send the bi-weekly executive briefing; (iii) evaluate project eligibility; (iv) comply with fiscal and contractual obligations under Mexican legislation.
4. Secondary purposes
With your consent, we use your data for aggregate analytics, content improvement, invitations to executive events in Mexico City, Monterrey and Guadalajara, and market studies. You may object to these purposes at any time without affecting the primary legal relationship.
5. Transfers
We do not transfer your data to third parties outside the Datapulsear Group except by legal obligation, request from a competent authority or prior express authorization. Subcontracted processors operate under confidentiality clauses equivalent to the LFPDPPP.
6. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition, as well as revoke your consent, by writing to arco@datapulsear.com. You will receive a response within the following 20 business days pursuant to Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
7. Security measures
We implement administrative, physical and technical controls equivalent to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, including TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, audit logs and periodic risk assessments.
8. Notice modifications
Any modification will be published at https://datapulsear.com/en/privacy-policy at least 15 calendar days before its entry into force.
9. Supervisory authority
If you consider your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may turn to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) at www.inai.org.mx.
